RETURN POLICY

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
Inspire MX Graphics has a 15-day return and exchange policy — this means you have 15 days after receiving your item(s) to request a return or exchange.  To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item(s) must be in unworn or unused condition, complete with any tags and/or original packaging.  Your order number and proof of purchase will also need to be provided to us.  Please note that some items are not eligible for returns, as outlined below.

To request a return, contact us at sales@inspiremx.com.  If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how to send back the items you are returning.

Customized and Non-Returnable Items
Custom graphics kits, semi-custom graphics kits, and other products that are custom-made, or configured according to customer-provided instructions, are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or price adjustments.  Exceptions are made only if your item(s) has a production error or damage, explicitly of Inspire MX Graphics’ fault (see below).

E-gift cards, physical gift cards, and perishable goods (such as food) are likewise non-returnable items.  Sales of clearance items are considered final and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged.

Damage, Defects, or Issues
Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt of your order.  In the event of any defects or damage, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Refunds
We will notify you once your returned item(s) has been received and inspected.  If your refund is approved, the funds will be automatically transferred back to your original method of payment.  Keep in mind that it may take time for your bank, credit card company, etc. to process the refund on their end, and post the funds to your account.

Sale Items
Items purchased using a promotional code, or during a sale such as “Black Friday”, are eligible for return, with refunds issued at the original purchase amount.  Promotional pricing is available only during the stated timeframe, or while supplies last.  Promotions cannot be applied retroactively to existing orders, or combined with any other offers or discounts.

International Orders and Returns
All international customers are responsible for import/export fees; if the package was not accepted at delivery, or was returned due to an incorrect/insufficient address, these fees remain the responsibility of the customer.  Free returns/exchanges are only applicable to customers in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, return/exchange shipping must be arranged and paid for by you.
